Method

LNCaP cells were seeded at a density of 1 × 104 cells/well in a 96-well plate. Cells were transfected with USP14i or FASNi alone or together both for 72 h, or treated with IU1 or Fasnall alone or together both for 48 h. To measure cell viability, a WST-1 assay was performed using EZ-Cytox following the manufacturer’s instructions. The absorbance was measured on a microplate spectrophotometer at a wavelength of 450 nm.
