Information MK-2206 Dihydrochloride is a potent, selective, allosteric Akt inhibitor. It affects the PI3K/Akt/mTOR signaling pathway by blocking Akt phosphorylation, to inhibit tumor cell proliferation, migration, angiogenesis, and promote apoptosis.
