VERU-111 Microtubule Associated inhibitor

Sabizabulin (VERU-111, ABI-231) is a potent, orally bioavailable inhibitor of tubulin that binds to the colchicine binding site. It inhibits the expression of β tubulin (III, IV) and α tubulin, with the potential to treat prostate cancer. It also exhibits significant anti-proliferative activity, with an average IC50 of 5.2 nM across a broad panel of cancer cell lines.
