Method

For inhibition of cell attachment, MC3T3-E1 cells were incubated at 37°C for 24 hours in the presence of 5 mM EDTA, 1,000 µM RGD, 10 µg/mL MAB1998, 0.2 µL IgG, and 10 µg/mL heparin. Next, the cells (500 µL, 5,000 cells/well) were added to the wells and incubated for 24 hours. To measure cell proliferation on the specimens, a metabolic activity cell counting kit assay was used in this experiment.
