Description

RGD peptide (GRGDNP) is an inhibitor of binding of integrins to the extracellular matrixs. RGD peptide (GRGDNP) induces apoptosis presumably through direct activation of caspase-3.

Cell Assay:^{^[3]}	Cell lines MC3T3-E1: ATCC CRL-2594 cell line Concentrations 1,000 µM Incubation Time 24 h Method For inhibition of cell attachment, MC3T3-E1 cells were incubated at 37°C for 24 hours in the presence of 5 mM EDTA, 1,000 µM RGD, 10 µg/mL MAB1998, 0.2 µL IgG, and 10 µg/mL heparin. Next, the cells (500 µL, 5,000 cells/well) were added to the wells and incubated for 24 hours. Method
