As a first-in-class CELMoD agent, it exhibits strong anti-leukemic activity in AML (Acute Myeloid Leukemia) and HR-MDS (High-Risk Myelodysplastic Syndrome) models, with enhanced efficacy and potency for hematologic malignancies and immunomodulation.
