In vivo

Systemic administration of JZL195 reduces horizontal and vertical motor activity dose-dependently, and increases time spent in immobility. JZL195 produces a pronounced 2-AG elevation at all doses, and increases brain AEA and OEA levels due to its inhibitory activity at FAAH[1].
