An aminothiazole compound has fungistatic activity against Histoplasma yeast at micromolar concentrations, and has the greatest selectivity for yeast

In vivo
An aminothiazole compound derived from dendrodoine can protect mouse myocardium against damage and one of the possible reasons behind this protective effect can be attributed to its antioxidant property.
