Description Dapson (Dapsone, 4,4′-Diaminodiphenyl sulfone, 4,4′-Sulfonyldianiline, 4-Aminophenyl sulfone, Bis(4-aminophenyl) sulfone, DDS), also known as diaminodiphenyl sulfone (DDS), is an antibiotic commonly used in combination with rifampicin and clofazimine for the treatment of leprosy.
