Information Vemurafenib is a potent and selective BRAFV600E kinase inhibitor. It affects the MAPK/ERK signaling pathway by blocking MEK and ERK phosphorylation, effectively inhibiting cell proliferation and migration, and inducing apoptosis in BRAF-mutated cancer cells.
