Mechanism of Action

Features
This product is not recommended to be dissolved in dimethylsulfoxide (DMSO). Lobaplatin should not be dissolved in sodium chloride solution, which induces its degradation.
In vivo

Lobaplatin has excellent anticancer activity in vivo against a number of murine experimental tumors, including a cisplatin-resistant P388 line.
