Description AA26-9 is a potent and broad spectrum inhibitor of Serine hydrolases (SHs).

In vitro

A broadspectrum 1,2,3-triazole urea, AA26-9, inhibits about one-third of the more than 40 serine hydrolases found in T cells could be efficiently converted into compounds that potently and selectively inactivate individual serine hydrolases.[1]

  • Concentrations: 20 μM
  • Incubation Time: 4 h
  • Method:

    Cells were cultured with 20 μM inhibitor for 4 h, lysed, separated into soluble and membrane proteomic fractions and analyzed by competitive gel-based ABPP.
