Step 1: Enter information below (Recommended: An additional animal making an allowance for loss during the experiment)
Step 2: Enter the in vivo formulation (This is only the calculator, not formulation. Please contact us first if there is no in vivo formulation at the solubility Section.)
Calculation results:
Working concentration: mg/ml;
Method for preparing DMSO master liquid: mg drug pre-dissolved in μL DMSO ( Master liquid concentration mg/mL, Please contact us first if the concentration exceeds the DMSO solubility of the batch of drug. )
Method for preparing in vivo formulation: Take μL DMSO master liquid, next addμL PEG300, mix and clarify, next addμL Tween 80, mix and clarify, next add μL ddH2O, mix and clarify.
Method for preparing in vivo formulation: Take μL DMSO master liquid, next add μL Corn oil, mix and clarify.
Note: 1. Please make sure the liquid is clear before adding the next solvent.
2. Be sure to add the solvent(s) in order. You must ensure that the solution obtained, in the previous addition, is a clear solution before proceeding to add the next solvent. Physical methods such
as vortex, ultrasound or hot water bath can be used to aid dissolving.

L-tetramisole (250 and 500 mg/mL) suppresses IFN synthesis in the cells from BALB/c and NZB mice. L-tetramisole (125 mg/mL) inhibits the IFN production only partially and this effect is observed when the IFN production is high. L-tetramisole affects the production of the physiological IFN, but not the production of IFN induced by Newcastle disease virus (NDV) in the peritoneal cells of mice or in L929 cells.

Tetramisole leads to the mean faecal egg count rose from 3 weeks after treatment and remain continuously higher than those Closantel or Albendazole treated group up to 12 weeks after treatment. Tetramisole reduces neuronal response amplitude in a dose-dependent manner in mouse cortex. Tetramisole also decreases axonal conduction velocity in mouse cortex. Tetramisole significantly increases the stereotyped behavior (grooming, sniffing, biting and licking and head bobbing) of the mice when compared to the control group. Tetramisole significantly increases stereotyped behavior of the mice on days 3, 5 and 8 in comparison with respective control values. Tetramisole treatments (0.5 and 1mg/kg) also significantly decreases the time needed to complete the negative geotaxis task and reduces landing foot splay.
