Information STM2457 is a potent, specific METTL3 inhibitor. It affects interferon-gamma, NF-κB, mTOR and MAPK signaling pathways. By inhibiting METTL3 enzymatic activity and reducing global m6A RNA methylation, it inhibits cancer cell proliferation, chemoresistance, and inflammation.
