Apostatin-1 (Apt-1) is a novel TRADD inhibitor that binds to a pocket on the N-terminal TRAF2-binding domain of TRADD (TRADD-N). It inhibits bortezomib-induced apoptosis and RIPK1-dependent apoptosis (RDA) with an IC50 of about 1 μM.

Apostatin-1 (Apt-1) is a TRADD inhibitor that combines with the pocket on the N-terminal TRAF2 binding domain of TRADD (TRADD-N) to modulate the ubiquitination of RIPK1 and beclin 1. It effectively inhibits bortezomib-induced apoptosis and RIPK1-dependent apoptosis (RDA) in vitro.<sup><a class="sref" href="#s_ref">[1]</a></sup>
