Wortmannin (SL-2052): Selectivity & Specificity

Wortmannin (SL-2052) is a potent inhibitor of p110 catalytic subunit of PI3K (3 nM), PI3K enzyme (5 nM), class III PI3K (10 to 50 nM), DNA-PK (16 nmol/l), VPS34 (ranging from 10 to 50 nM), ATM (150 nmol/l), PI3K (1μM), ATR (1.8 μmol/l), mTOR, AKT, and GSK3B. Wortmannin (SL-2052) exhibits the greatest inhibitory potency toward p110 catalytic subunit of PI3K (IC50 = 3 nM).
