In vitro
In vitro	Alamandine decreases leptin secretion and expression in isolated adipocytes mediated by Gq, c-Src, p38 mitogen-activated protein and IκB activation, also induces nitric oxide expression via inducible nitric oxidase synthase and plasminogen activator inhibitor 1 expression in isolated adipocytes.
