Hb0025 is a bispecific antibody that targets PD-L1 and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), with EC50 values of 0.67 nM and 0.48 nM, respectively. It exerts anti-tumor effects by inhibiting VEGF activity and promoting T-cell infiltration into tumors, thereby transforming the immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment into an immune-activated state.
