Mechanism and Biochemical Profile

TAC activates telomerase reverse transcriptase (TERT) by upregulating TERT transcription via the MEK/ERK/AP-1 signaling cascade, which drives telomere synthesis and attenuates cellular senescence and inflammatory markers.
