MRTX1133 is a potent inhibitor of KRAS G12D (0.4 nM), ERK1/2, KRAS WT, MAPK cascade, PI3K-AKT-mTOR pathway, RalGEF-Ral pathway, caspase-3, PARP, glutathione, GPX4, pentose phosphate pathway, NADPH, nucleotide synthesis, fatty acid synthesis, fatty acid oxidation, glycolysis, Ki-67, CD8+ T cells, RAF1, ERK, PanIN, EGFR, HER2. MRTX1133 exhibits the greatest inhibitory potency toward KRAS G12D (IC50 = 0.4 nM).
