CX-5461 (Pidnarulex) is a potent inhibitor of RNA polymerase I (100 nM range), POLR1 (< 100 mM), SL-1, RRN3, G4, dsDNA (Kd of 0.47 μM), TOP2, TOP2A, TOP2B, R-loops. CX-5461 (Pidnarulex) exhibits the greatest inhibitory potency toward RNA polymerase I (IC50 = 100 nM range).
