In vitro

The Ki values of (−)-naloxone for the MOR, KOR, and DOR are 0.559 nM, 4.91 nM, and 36.5 nM, respectively. Naloxone HCl Dihydrate binds to the MOR with approximately 9-fold greater affinity relative to the KOR and around 60-fold greater affinity relative to the DOR.[1]

In vivo The combination of Naloxone HCl Dihydrate (0.5 mg/kg, i.p.) with tramadol (22 mg/kg) decreases the antiallodynic effect of tramadol. [2]
