Placing an Order Online
All Selleck products can be purchased online, often for next day delivery. To order products online:

2. Add Products to your Shopping Basket
You can add products from product detail pages to your shopping basket for purchase. Enter unit quantities next to the required unit sizes, and click "Add to Basket". You can view your shopping basket at any time by selecting "View Basket" in the top right hand corner of the page or in "My Basket" in the right hand column.
3. Check Out
Once you have added your items to your shopping basket, you can select "Checkout" in the top right corner of the web page or within "My Basket". You will be asked to log in or register at this stage, if you are not already logged in. Confirm your billing and shipping information, select your payment method and submit your order.
4. Confirmation of Order
An automatic email will be sent to confirm that your order has been submitted; it will also contain a summary of your order. You can view details and progress of your order(s) at any time by visiting the "My Account" area of the website.

Packing, Shipping and Storage Instruction
The suggested storage temperature shown on our website is at -20℃, but the package are usually shipped at room temperature, so you may feel confused and worry about the stability of the compounds, hope you could get relaxed after reading the following Packing Instructions:
1. By "the suggested storage temperature is at -20℃", we mean you should keep the left compound at -20℃ after you open the vial and could not use the compound out at one time.
2. Most of our compounds are in dry powder and of very good stability, so it is safe during the transition at room temperature and it could last for 1-2 weeks and even more.
3. For some specific sensitive compounds, we will ship them with dry ice or blue ice.
4. By the way, once diluted, the compound should be used out at one time, or it may go worse even if it is stored at -20℃.
5. Selleck will take full responsibility for the damage of the compound during the transition time.

Payment Terms
Payment terms are 30 days NET from invoice date. Invoices are payable by check, wire transfer or credit card / debit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover Card). Return Policy
Please inspect packages immediately upon receipt and notify customer service within 3 days of delivery of any damage or discrepancies. Our team will take quick and appropriate action to correct any problem.
Goods ordered in error can only be accepted for return if made within 3 days of delivery, are unopened, have been stored correctly and are in good condition.
