Tamibarotene (Am80) is a synthetic retinoic acid receptor (RAR) agonist that exhibits high specificity for RARα and RARβ over RARγ. Selective binding to RARα and RARβ modulates RAR-mediated transcriptional pathways, driving cell differentiation and inhibiting cell proliferation. By inducing transcriptional activation through retinoid-responsive elements, tamibarotene effectively alters target gene expression to suppress tumor cell growth in preclinical models. [1]

- Preheat media/saline to 37°C.
- Mix rapidly (pipette/vortex) upon addition.
