Sucralose is a non-caloric artificial sweetener that acts as an agonist of the heterodimeric sweet taste receptor T1R2/T1R3 (TAS1R2/TAS1R3). Activation of the T1R2/T1R3 sweet taste receptor initiates G protein-coupled signaling pathways, triggering intracellular calcium mobilization and gustatory neural signaling. In peripheral tissues such as the gastrointestinal tract, sucralose-mediated activation of sweet taste receptors modulates nutrient sensing and peptide hormone secretion.

- Preheat media/saline to 37°C.
- Mix rapidly (pipette/vortex) upon addition.
- For complex mixes, always add the aqueous phase last.
- Re-dissolve minor precipitates with a 37°C water bath and sonication (≤30 min).
Pre-aliquoted for Longevity: Solid-state aliquots offer significantly longer shelf life compared to stock solutions, ensuring maximum stability for every use.
