SGC-CBP30 is a selective CREBBP and EP300 inhibitor, targeting CREBBP (IC50 21 nM) and EP300 (IC50 38 nM) in cell-free assays. It exhibits 40-fold and 250-fold selectivity for CBP over BRD4(1) and BRD4(2), respectively. By selectively blocking bromodomain interactions with acetylated histones, SGC-CBP30 suppresses CBP/p300-dependent transcriptional activation and downstream pathway signaling, reducing gene expression involved in cellular inflammation and proliferation.

- Preheat media/saline to 37°C.
