P110 is a peptide inhibitor targeting dynamin-related protein 1 (Drp1) that directly binds Drp1 to block its interaction with mitochondrial receptor Fis1. By selectively inhibiting Drp1/Fis1-mediated mitochondrial hyper-fission without altering basal mitochondrial dynamics, P110 reduces mitochondrial fragmentation, reactive oxygen species accumulation, and loss of mitochondrial membrane potential. Consequently, it inhibits downstream apoptosis and protects neuronal cells from mitochondrial dysfunction and neurodegenerative damage.

- Preheat media/saline to 37°C.
- Mix rapidly (pipette/vortex) upon addition.
