N6022 is a selective and reversible inhibitor of S-nitrosoglutathione reductase (GSNOR). By targeted inhibition of GSNOR, N6022 effectively prevents the enzymatic catabolism of S-nitrosoglutathione, thereby elevating endogenous S-nitrosothiol concentrations and enhancing nitric oxide-mediated signaling pathways. This pathway modulation promotes bronchodilation, attenuates pulmonary inflammation, and reduces airway smooth muscle hyperresponsiveness in models of respiratory disease. [1]

- Preheat media/saline to 37°C.
- Mix rapidly (pipette/vortex) upon addition.
- For complex mixes, always add the aqueous phase last.
- Re-dissolve minor precipitates with a 37°C water bath and sonication (≤30 min).
Pre-aliquoted for Longevity: Solid-state aliquots offer significantly longer shelf life compared to stock solutions, ensuring maximum stability for every use.
