KW-2478 is a novel non-ansamycin heat shock protein 90 (HSP90) inhibitor that potently suppresses HSP90 activity. It promotes the depletion of HSP90 client proteins including CDK9 and phosphorylated 4E-BP1, leading to down-regulation of c-Maf and cyclin D1 expression. Consequently, KW-2478 inhibits cell proliferation across various hematologic malignancies, including multiple myeloma and B-cell lymphoma, and exhibits anti-tumor activity in xenograft models. [1]

- Preheat media/saline to 37°C.
