Biological Activity

JH-X-119-01 functions as a highly potent and selective covalent inhibitor of interleukin-1 receptor-associated kinase 1 (IRAK1). Target-specific inhibition of IRAK1 disrupts key signaling cascades, leading to the cellular suppression of downstream NF-kB and MAPK pathway activation. Consequently, this targeted inhibition reduces pro-inflammatory cytokine production, downregulates cellular inflammatory signaling, and attenuates aberrant immune responses in various cell-based experimental models. FAQ
Q: Why does a DMSO stock precipitate in media/saline?
A: It is caused by unheated aqueous media (supersaturation), local solvent shock, or incorrect mixing sequence.
How to fix it?
  • Preheat media/saline to 37°C.
  • Mix rapidly (pipette/vortex) upon addition.
  • For complex mixes, always add the aqueous phase last.
  • Re-dissolve minor precipitates with a 37°C water bath and sonication (≤30 min).
