Flumethasone is a potent glucocorticoid receptor agonist that selectively activates glucocorticoid receptor signaling pathways. Upon ligand binding, the flumethasone-receptor complex translocates to the cell nucleus to modulate gene expression, leading to the repression of pro-inflammatory transcription factors such as NF-κB and the down-regulation of inflammatory cytokines. Consequently, flumethasone inhibits inflammatory responses and suppresses immune activation across various cell types. [1]

- Preheat media/saline to 37°C.
- Mix rapidly (pipette/vortex) upon addition.
- For complex mixes, always add the aqueous phase last.
- Re-dissolve minor precipitates with a 37°C water bath and sonication (≤30 min).
Pre-aliquoted for Longevity: Solid-state aliquots offer significantly longer shelf life compared to stock solutions, ensuring maximum stability for every use.
