Etoposide is a potent inhibitor of Topoisomerase II (IC50 = 15.02 μg/ml), KEAP1 BTB domain (IC50 = 4.51 µM), Topo II (IC50 = 2.59 μM). Etoposide exhibits the greatest inhibitory potency toward Topo II (IC50 = 2590 nM).
