CC-99282 (Golcadomide) is an orally active cereblon (CRBN) E3 ligase modulator (CELMoD) that co-opts CRBN to induce specific degradation of the transcription factors Ikaros (IKZF1) and Aiolos (IKZF3). This targeted degradation downregulates MYC expression and activates interferon-stimulated genes, disrupting key oncogenic signaling pathways. Consequently, CC-99282 impairs cellular viability by promoting antiproliferation, apoptosis, and immunogenic cell death in human lymphoma models. [1]
