CC-885 is a potent cereblon (CRBN) modulator that mediates the recruitment and ubiquitin-dependent degradation of substrate proteins. By interacting with the CUL4-RBX1-DDB1-CRBN E3 ubiquitin ligase complex, CC-885 promotes ternary complex formation with target proteins, including translation termination factor GSPT1. This targeted degradation leads to translation inhibition, robust antiproliferative effects, and apoptosis in acute myeloid leukemia cells. [1]

- Preheat media/saline to 37°C.
