C188-9 (TTI-101) is a potent inhibitor of signal transducer and activator of transcription 3 (STAT3) that binds to STAT3 with high affinity. Inhibition of STAT3 interrupts downstream JAK/STAT signaling pathways, leading to the downregulation of oncogenic target genes involved in cell proliferation, survival, and angiogenesis. Consequently, treatment with C188-9 attenuates tumor cell growth and suppresses oncogenic phenotypes in preclinical cancer models. [1][2]

- Preheat media/saline to 37°C.
