BML-190 (IMMA) is a selective cannabinoid CB2 receptor inverse agonist displaying marked selectivity over the CB1 receptor. By targeting CB2 receptors, BML-190 modulates downstream G-protein-coupled receptor signaling pathways and immune cell response cascades. It serves as a selective chemical probe to investigate CB2-mediated cellular functions, including inflammatory mediator release and immune cell migration, without significant off-target CB1 receptor activation. - Preheat media/saline to 37°C.
- Mix rapidly (pipette/vortex) upon addition.
- For complex mixes, always add the aqueous phase last.
- Re-dissolve minor precipitates with a 37°C water bath and sonication (≤30 min).
Pre-aliquoted for Longevity: Solid-state aliquots offer significantly longer shelf life compared to stock solutions, ensuring maximum stability for every use.
