Benzydamine HCl is a locally acting nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) with analgesic, antipyretic, and local anesthetic properties. It acts predominantly by inhibiting the synthesis and release of pro-inflammatory cytokines, including TNF-α and IL-1β, without directly inhibiting cyclooxygenase enzymes at therapeutic concentrations. Consequently, it attenuates local inflammatory signaling, reduces vascular permeability, and relieves localized pain and swelling. [1]

- Preheat media/saline to 37°C.
- Mix rapidly (pipette/vortex) upon addition.
- For complex mixes, always add the aqueous phase last.
- Re-dissolve minor precipitates with a 37°C water bath and sonication (≤30 min).
Pre-aliquoted for Longevity: Solid-state aliquots offer significantly longer shelf life compared to stock solutions, ensuring maximum stability for every use.
