AG-18 (Tyrphostin A23) is a synthetic tyrosine kinase inhibitor that targets EGFR. By suppressing epidermal growth factor receptor signaling, AG-18 blocks downstream tyrosine phosphorylation cascades and reduces cell proliferation.
