AEBSF HCl is a broad-spectrum, irreversible serine protease inhibitor that effectively blocks target enzymes such as trypsin, chymotrypsin, plasmin, and thrombin. By acylating active-site serine residues, AEBSF disrupts serine protease-mediated proteolytic cascades and prevents NADPH oxidase complex assembly. Consequently, this compound suppresses downstream cellular processes including extracellular matrix degradation and reactive oxygen species generation. [1]

- Preheat media/saline to 37°C.
- Mix rapidly (pipette/vortex) upon addition.
