R406 is a potent, ATP-competitive spleen tyrosine kinase (Syk) inhibitor with an IC50 of. It blocks Syk-dependent Fc receptor-mediated activation of monocytes, macrophages, and neutrophils, as well as B-cell receptor signaling in B lymphocytes. By suppressing Syk phosphorylation and downstream signaling pathways, R406 inhibits immune complex-mediated inflammation and cellular activation, ultimately reducing disease severity in preclinical models of autoimmune disorders. - Preheat media/saline to 37°C.
