Kaempferol is a natural flavonol that acts as an inverse agonist of estrogen-related receptors alpha and gamma (ERRα and ERRγ) and inhibits topoisomerase I and fatty acid synthase. Modulation of these cellular targets suppresses metabolic pathways and blocks topoisomerase I-catalyzed DNA religation. Consequently, kaempferol exhibits antiproliferative activity, inhibits cancer cell growth, and induces cell cycle arrest and apoptosis in various tumor models. [1]

- Preheat media/saline to 37°C.
- Mix rapidly (pipette/vortex) upon addition.
- For complex mixes, always add the aqueous phase last.
- Re-dissolve minor precipitates with a 37°C water bath and sonication (≤30 min).
Pre-aliquoted for Longevity: Solid-state aliquots offer significantly longer shelf life compared to stock solutions, ensuring maximum stability for every use.
