Gadodiamide Hydrate is a nonionic gadolinium-based contrast agent (GBCA) that functions by shortening longitudinal T1 relaxation times of surrounding proton spins during magnetic resonance imaging. By modifying local relaxation behavior and signal intensity, gadodiamide enhances tissue contrast to improve the visualization of vascular structures, tissue perfusion patterns, and abnormal lesions across the central nervous system and peripheral body regions.

- Preheat media/saline to 37°C.
- Mix rapidly (pipette/vortex) upon addition.
- For complex mixes, always add the aqueous phase last.
- Re-dissolve minor precipitates with a 37°C water bath and sonication (≤30 min).
Pre-aliquoted for Longevity: Solid-state aliquots offer significantly longer shelf life compared to stock solutions, ensuring maximum stability for every use.
