Biological Activity

1V209 is a potent Toll-like receptor 7 (TLR7) agonist that exhibits marked immunostimulatory and anti-tumor activity. Activation of TLR7 triggers downstream NF-kB signaling and type I interferon production, leading to the activation of antigen-presenting cells. As a vaccine adjuvant, 1V209 enhances antigen-specific humoral and cellular immune responses, boosting cytokine secretion and anti-tumor immunity. [1]

FAQ
Q: Why does a DMSO stock precipitate in media/saline?
A: It is caused by unheated aqueous media (supersaturation), local solvent shock, or incorrect mixing sequence.
How to fix it?
  • Preheat media/saline to 37°C.
  • Mix rapidly (pipette/vortex) upon addition.
  • For complex mixes, always add the aqueous phase last.
  • Re-dissolve minor precipitates with a 37°C water bath and sonication (≤30 min).
