Biological Activity

YJ1206 is an orally bioavailable, highly specific, and potent degrader targeting cyclin-dependent kinases 12 and 13 (CDK12/13). By promoting the degradation of CDK12 and CDK13, it disrupts transcriptional regulation, increases intracellular DNA damage, and induces apoptosis in cancer cells. Downstream disruption of these catalytic complexes severely impairs genomic stability pathways, leading to robust anti-tumor activity in vivo.

FAQ
Q: Why does a DMSO stock precipitate in media/saline?
A: It is caused by unheated aqueous media (supersaturation), local solvent shock, or incorrect mixing sequence.
How to fix it?
  • Preheat media/saline to 37°C.
  • Mix rapidly (pipette/vortex) upon addition.
  • For complex mixes, always add the aqueous phase last.
  • Re-dissolve minor precipitates with a 37°C water bath and sonication (≤30 min).
