Biological Activity

TYRA-200 is an orally bioavailable inhibitor of fibroblast growth factor receptors 1, 2, and 3 (FGFR1/2/3). By targeting FGFR kinase activity, it blocks downstream activation of the MAPK and AKT/mTOR pathways. This inhibition suppresses tumor cell proliferation and survival in FGFR-driven cancer models, effectively addressing resistance mediated by FGFR2 gatekeeper and molecular brake mutations. [1][2]
