TQB3804 is a potent, selective fourth-generation epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) kinase inhibitor that targets wild-type EGFR as well as resistant EGFR mutants, including T790M and C797S. By suppressing EGFR kinase activity, TQB3804 blocks downstream RAS/RAF/MEK/ERK and PI3K/AKT/mTOR signaling pathways. This inhibition impairs cancer cell proliferation and survival, ultimately exhibiting potent anti-tumor activity in mutant EGFR-driven non-small cell lung cancer models. [1]

- Preheat media/saline to 37°C.
