TL-is a cereblon-dependent multi-kinase PROTAC degrader that inhibits CDK2/cyclin A and CDK/cyclin T1 [1]. By recruiting the cereblon E3 ubiquitin ligase to induce proteasomal degradation of multiple target kinases, it disrupts cell cycle regulation and transcriptional elongation pathways [1]. Consequently, TL-impairs downstream oncogenic signaling networks and suppresses cancer cell proliferation. [1]

Q: Why does a DMSO stock precipitate in media/saline?
A: It is caused by unheated aqueous media (supersaturation), local solvent shock, or incorrect mixing sequence.
How to fix it?
- Preheat media/saline to 37°C.
- Mix rapidly (pipette/vortex) upon addition.
- For complex mixes, always add the aqueous phase last.
- Re-dissolve minor precipitates with a 37°C water bath and sonication (≤30 min).
