TGFβ1-IN-1 is a potent inhibitor targeting the transforming growth factor-beta 1 (TGF-β1) signaling pathway. By suppressing TGF-β signaling, this compound modulates downstream Smad transcription factor activation, inhibiting extracellular matrix deposition and epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) phenotypes.
