Tenalisib is a potent and selective dual PI3Kδ/γ inhibitor that targets the delta and gamma isoforms of phosphoinositide 3-kinase. By blocking PI3Kδ and PI3Kγ activity, Tenalisib disrupts downstream AKT/mTOR signaling, leading to reduced cellular proliferation, induced apoptosis, and altered immune cell function within the tumor microenvironment. These actions collectively suppress tumor growth and modulate immune-mediated responses in hematological malignancy models.

Q: Why does a DMSO stock precipitate in media/saline?
A: It is caused by unheated aqueous media (supersaturation), local solvent shock, or incorrect mixing sequence.
How to fix it?
- Preheat media/saline to 37°C.
- Mix rapidly (pipette/vortex) upon addition.
- For complex mixes, always add the aqueous phase last.
- Re-dissolve minor precipitates with a 37°C water bath and sonication (≤30 min).
