Biological Activity
SX-682 is an orally bioavailable, small-molecule allosteric inhibitor targeting CXCR1 and CXCR2 receptors. By blocking CXCR1- and CXCR2-mediated signaling, SX-682 inhibits the recruitment and intratumoral accumulation of immunosuppressive myeloid-derived suppressor cells within the tumor microenvironment. Consequently, suppressing myeloid-derived suppressor cell infiltration relieves local immunosuppression, thereby enhancing T cell activation and promoting effective antitumor immune responses. [1]

Q: Why does a DMSO stock precipitate in media/saline?
A: It is caused by unheated aqueous media (supersaturation), local solvent shock, or incorrect mixing sequence.
How to fix it?
- Preheat media/saline to 37°C.
- Mix rapidly (pipette/vortex) upon addition.
- For complex mixes, always add the aqueous phase last.
- Re-dissolve minor precipitates with a 37°C water bath and sonication (≤30 min).
Pre-aliquoted for Longevity: Solid-state aliquots offer longer shelf life compared to stock solutions.
